8vo Rooftop Live

8ctavo or 8vo for short, is located on the 8th floor of the Sheraton Hotel in Escazu and it is THE new restaurant/nightlife option in Escazu.
The restaurant décor is very impressive. The layout is spacious with room for more than 200 people. There are plenty of tables to dine at and a large outisde bar with a very swanky rooftop pool. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer stunning views of the North of San Jose, as far as Volcano Poas.
The bar opposite the pool is decorated with a large wave up the wall into the sky and serves a multitude of cocktails and other drinks. The guanábana jalapeno martini is highly recommended.
Turquoise velvet booths and sea green wallpaper feature in the restaurant design and the cutlery and crockery have a stylish fish theme.
The a-la-carte menu of delicious fusion dishes will surely delight your tastebuds. The raw bar on the other hand offers delicious small bites dishes to enjoy with your drink, for example, tuna tataki and coconut ceviche.
Beautiful and impressive presentation of the dishes, fast service and accessible prices are some of the main features of this restaurant and bar.
